Bigstock is down since 2023 beginnig (upd. resolved on Jan 4th)

It is happen that I cannot logging in on bigstockphotos.com since beginning of 2023.

I used to commit images daily to this agency and from time to time they were failed on my logins and uploads. Usually I was following to password reset procedure on Bigstock and after getting email and re-entering new password I was able to upload again.

But not this time...

I've clicked on "Forgot your password?" link and... nothing happened. I didn't received new message on my email, for the day, then for another day... and again. Nothing.

Yesterday I describe the issue and sent new message to submit@bigstock.com they stated as available 9am-5pm EST M-F. And again... nothing.

No emails, no warnings on the site, no news. On forums in Internet I found a number of photographers complaining about the same issue.

Knock, knock Bigstock, we are still waiting.
